Please bring your ID or Passport to your appointment, If you are having any aesthetic treatments. If you fail to bring a form of ID I will not go ahead with your treatment.
CANCELlations
If you are wanting to cancel your appointment please give 24 - 48 hours notice.
No shows will be charged the full amount and deposit will not be refunded.
deposit
I require a 50% deposit made via bank transfer. This is to secure your slot and avoid no shows. Deposits are fully non refundable.
rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred over for you to use on your next appointment.
late arrival
If you are more than 10 minutes late you will be charged a late fee of £5. If you are any later than 15 minutes and you haven’t already contacted me. Your appointment will be cancelled.
illness
Please do not come if you are sick or showing any symptoms of being ill.
If you turn up ill to your appointment I will have to ask you to politely leave.

FACE BEHIND THE BUSINESS
My name is India I am 20 years old, I am an Aesthetician & Beauty therapist, I have been in the beauty industry for 4 years. I started working in a beauty salon after school and on the weekends helping out as a receptionist. I’d watch all of the beauty girls and admire them and their work. I instantly fell in love with how happy and confident they would make people feel. That was when I knew I wanted to go into beauty and have a business of my own one day! I have a home salon on Sandlands Road, I am very popular with the school mum’s as they love to come to me right after drop off. I offer a wide range of treatments so please feel free to have a browse or ask any questions and I’ll be happy to answer them.
